My Story
Hi, I'm Fallon "It's Bourbon Baby" Dupard, founder of Bourbon Baby Collective.
What started as a passion for bourbon and whiskey has grown into a hospitality and events company focused on bringing people together through memorable experiences. As a Certified Bourbon Steward and TABC Certified professional, I combine industry knowledge, hospitality, and a love for creating meaningful connections through shared experiences.
Originally from New Orleans and now based in Texas, I've always believed that some of life's best conversations happen over a great drink. Whether I'm leading a bourbon tasting, hosting a happy hour event, or providing mobile bartending services, my goal is simple: create welcoming spaces where people can connect, celebrate, and enjoy themselves.
Through Bourbon Baby Collective, I work with businesses, organizations, and private clients to create experiences that are approachable, engaging, and unforgettable. From bourbon education and social gatherings to special events and celebrations, every experience is designed with hospitality at its heart.
